SPICY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Looking for something a little different to bake? These rich, fudgy brownies are enhanced with Sel Magique Spicy Blend to give them a unique and flavorful twist—perfect for those who like a little kick in their dessert.


Ingredients:
- 225g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 170g salted butter, cubed
- 200g dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 150g granulated sugar
- 160g all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Sel Magique Spicy Blend (or adjust to your taste)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).
2. Grease a 20 cm square baking pan with cooking spray, then line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
3. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Once melted, take it off the heat.
4. Whisk in both sugars and let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and Sel Magique Spicy Blend.
6. Add the eggs and vanilla to the chocolate mixture, whisking until combined.
7. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
9. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing them into squares.
